Don Kemper has over 50 years experience and is the actual guy who will show up to do the work. He is very responsive. I was a complete stranger to him and he texted me back within the hour--and then showed up at my house a couple of hours later the same day at the exact time he promised. He did the wiring and installation for a bathroom renovation that involved two new wall fixtures and a new switch. I took one look at the tools and supplies in his well equipped truck and could tell he was a real pro, which he proved with the nice job he did. I'll definitely use him in the future and recommend him.“

He made several trips to my home while the parts were on order to ensure my electricity and heat were running. He called daily to keep me informed of the progress of the order and to let me know when he’d be back to complete the work. As soon as the part arrived, he returned and replaced the old parts.
