We explained our problem, a recent development in our kitchen: constant electrical outages (oven) and a non-working outlet. Mr.Wilder asked some questions, then for our address, and 5 minutes later he was at our house detecting and quickly solving the problem by replacing a circuit breaker. “Ivan has been working on my home since 2018 when he first came in to replace our electric panel updating it to modern voltage levels. This was no small job and included updating all the electrical outlets. Since then we have asked Ivan to come in at least two to three times each year as we have continued to update the home. Old, ugly lighting in the basement was replaced with high hats. Same in our office and den. Ivan installed a new doorbell for us as well as a Ring camera. Our dining room and porch fans were replaced. Sconces were installed. New lighting in our bathrooms was installed. Bedrooms without central lights were added. Lights in closets and in our attic were added. He added a light and exhaust fan in one of our basements. He installed our passive fan in the attic. Some fixtures were completely removed and Ivan was careful to cut away the sheetrock in such a way that our handyman could easily patch and repair. So he’s done a lot of work for us.

Ivan has always come to give us quotes in advance which were accurate to the work he actually did, never increasing the cost with mysterious charges. Ivan has always been prompt and has always texted us in advance of arriving to work. He has always been tidy, efficient and careful not to disturb us as we sometimes work from home.
