From wrangling dimmer switches and lighting fixture installation - and removal - at my home (often at last minute notice) to helping me make sure my recessed lighting at my condo was working properly (installing dimmer switches, warming the lights and making sure all the switches were operational and functioning), and securing my outdoor lighting as well, Alex and the team goes above and beyond. I called Benny to inquire about flickering lights in multiple rooms. Because it was happening in multiple rooms, I thought that it was surely a wiring issue. Benny kindly implored me to simply try changing the lightbulbs first as he explained that LED lights tend to flicker sometimes when they are older. Though I thought it was too coincidental to be multiple old lightbulbs at the same time, it turned out that he was 100 percent correct. He kindly pushed me to change them first before seeking his services as he knew it would likely save me money. He knew his stuff and encouraged me to trouble shoot first before spending money. He was terrific.
