Had lost power and my generator didn’t kick in. Starting making calls to different electricians at 6am leaving some message hoping to get a call back once they got in. Jay with Charged Up was the only one to answer his phone that early and graciously assisted the best he could. His day was jammed so he couldn’t get to me that day, but i appreciated his availability and willingness to assist. I’ll definitely keep them in mind for future jobs.

Charged Up Electric came through for me after a storm pulled my power mast down on July 3. It was a challenging situation, and I wasn’t sure how quickly I’d be able to get help. Jake, the owner, showed up on July 4, a holiday, ready to get everything safely restored without hesitation or delay.
The work was done with exceptional skill, care, and professionalism. They handled the storm damage efficiently and made sure everything was secure and up to code. Jake also gave me a very fair price for the work, which meant a lot in a moment where I didn’t have many options. He is genuinely good people, and it shows in the way he treats his customers.
