“What can I say? CRS was great to work with from start to finish. Mike Stone was patient through all of our questions and revisions, communicative, and ensured we understood the process. Kelvin was also communicative and great to work with, even walking through the house with me before the project started to answer questions about how installing siding, or replacing the roof could affect paintings on walls, recommending where we should take them off the internal walls just to be sure no damage was done. He was also very easy to work with and ensured I always understood what they already did, as well as next steps. And every crew member that came on our property was respectful and easy to work with as well. We had the roof, siding, gutters and front door replaced, as well as new attic insulation added; and again, every crew leader was also pleasant, even asking me to talk to them directly if I saw anything I wanted changed, or had questions about. There were a couple of minor punch list things to take care of, and Kelvin ensured those things were taken care of promptly, and with excellence.

“We had a major leak about six weeks ago from a wind-driven rainstorm. I had multiple roofers come to assess the damage and propose fixes. Daniel immediately struck me as the most honest when he told me that another roofer's suggestions were a waste of money and unnecessary. He could have easily made the same claims and I wouldn't have been the wiser. His team was clean and efficient, finishing the roofing repairs, patching cracks in our facade, and repainting everything in a very timely fashion. He took time to answer all my questions so I'm now better educated to spot problems in the future so they can be addressed before they become major issues. “Very pleasant group of people with whom to deal. This summer they replaced my 25-year old roof and accomplished it in a single day. The work itself is messy, but they did everything possible to accomplish it in a tidy fashion. The price was very competitive too.

Additionally, they replaced my exterior wood deck that was also original to the home and 25-years old with a synthetic deck. This work was also accomplished in a single day.

Both jobs had issues along the way, but this company addressed them all effectively. The synthetic deck has one such issue remaining, as one of the railings was slightly scarred coming right out of the manufacturer's packaging.

I am waiting for a replacement part to reach this contractor and for them to replace the single railing. This will be happening later this week.

Normally, I'd have concern about getting this replacement addressed. However, given their conduct through the two jobs, as well as offering that I hold back an adequate sum from the total cost until they make the replacement, I have comfort and confidence they will follow through.“

“Called these pros for a chimney inspection, and I’m so glad I did. They found a cracked chimney liner, lots of creosote buildup, and a damaged chimney cap. Their chimney sweep was very detailed and explained the whole chimney cleaning and chimney repair process to me. They also cleared the flue, which had some bird nests in it! “We had a leak in our bathroom and it turned out to be a hole in the vent on the roof. Jose was able to do a full roof inspection on our 100 year old slate roof and recommend some repairs. He took pictures beforehand so you can see what was wrong. We had a tanker gutter issue in the front (I had a different contractor fix the rear one a few years prior.) They were able to fix it all in a day. A few weeks later we noticed another leak (when it rains it pours!) in a different spot we had not told them about originally. They were able to come back, remove the tiles, fix the underlying problem and did it at no additional cost. I would definitely recommend them for any minor or major roofing issue.“
