“Starting with the phone call requesting an evaluation until the completion of project, Mr Sonny and his crew have been professional and reliable. The crew were very diligent and fast. They immediately got to work with efficiency and focus. They knew what needed to be done and just got the job done. It took them 7 hours to complete the roof replacement, from total stripping of old roof to replacing the new tiles. The pricing was very good. Even with rip[ping off and replacing ALL my tongue and groove roof, off their prices were reasonable and less then a quote for a simple shingle replacement.Best was there was no high pressure sales person. Mike was knowledgable and easy to work with. The sales person another company sent kept taking off $$ in 1000.00 increments everytime I said no, I wouldn;t sign that night.Heidi in the office was always pleasant to deal.“

“It’s normal to feel anxious when a company or person new to you starts working to fix something on your property. I did which is why I am writing this review. I called a company called NextGen to fix two leaking skylights on my roof. A previous company has misinstallded them and they were leaking badly with each rainfall. The NextGen service representative , Ken Duci, came and was so open. So helpful, that I immediately trusted him. He and his workers took one day to remove the skylights which I had bought new but which had been damaged. Ken and NextGen did a fine and fastidious job and while I felt completely satisfied, they promised to come back immediately if I should have any problems. I doubt very much that I will have problems , although I regret than I won’t see them again until I need any other work done. “I needed 2 layers of roof ripped off and replaced and decided to get new gutters as well. I had gotten 6 estimates and All Professional’s was right in the middle but with the added advantage of the BBB A+ rating and GAF master elite certification. They were able to start the following week. When they took off my roof(s), unfortunately all the plywood was completely rotted but Mike immediately advised me of what he had found and showed me videos he had taken. He immediately wrote up an estimate and after my go-ahead got to work securing the extra materials and was still able to finish the job in a day. Even my neighbors commented on how impressed they were that they were able to do all of that work in a day . I had my gutters replaced as well and the finished work is very impressive looking. Now I don’t have to worry about a new roof for another 50 years hopefully! Mike and his crew were professional and efficient and I will absolutely use them again in the future for other work on my house.“

“We had an emergency with a leak coming in through the fireplace at our new home. Jimmy happened to be working around the corner on another house when my husband stopped and asked if he could take a look. Not only did he look at it that afternoon, he repaired all the damage that week giving us pictures of the why it was leaking and the quality of the repair. Wonderful job! No more rain inside!
