“Jason was recommended to us by fellow Holmdel residents.He renovated our kitchen & 3 bathrooms.He and his team planned the job well and were able to deliver in record time! All his sub-contractors (Melo, Mark, Mike etc.) are very skilled & knowledgeable about what they do. Jason finished our renovation in two months, surpassing our expectations. They were cognizant of the fact that we had kids and were as quick and efficient as possible. Unlike other contractors, his team works Mon through Fri (& even some Saturdays) to get the job done vs. working 3 days a week & taking 6 months to do the job!They were thorough and meticulous, gave recommendations when necessary, and were very professional about coming back to finish up loose ends. His recommended vendors were easy to work with as well.We will definitely use Precision General Contracting (Jason) again and highly recommend him!“

“I’m in the final phases of a major bathroom renovation with A&E Kitchen and Bath, and I’m so glad I went with John and his team. Everyone has been a pleasure to work with throughout the process. John’s team does great work, are very customer service oriented, and conscientious setting and cleaning up every day. They’ve done the job right and on schedule. Meanwhile, John has been very easy to collaborate with; I particularly valued his expertise (he clearly knows kitchens and baths), connections, responsiveness, and patience. His pricing was also very fair.In addition to the excellent work they did, I really appreciated how respectful and personable John is. As a woman will sole decision-making power on this project, I actually had a difficult time finding a contractor who was comfortable with that dynamic (one contractor I interviewed refused to furnish an estimate until he spoke with my husband, another kept telling me I "wouldn't understand" when I asked follow up questions about his recommendations). John, on the other hand, was courteous and eager to work with my specifications from the beginning. Whether there’s 1 stakeholder or 10, John makes it work and works hard to make his clients happy.Down the line, I have several other home renovation projects on my to-do list. “Zeeshan and his team were very efficient and thorough with some work I had done on my house. Zeeshan was very responsive when I first reached out to him and he came over and explained what was needed for the scope of work we were looking for. Within a week of the estimate my repairs were completed! During the repair process he was showing me where previous work fell short and how it was the cause of the issues we were having. He explained what they were doing and the reasoning behind it. I am very pleased with the work he and his team did and highly recommend them for any projects or repairs you need done!“

“My wife and I have known Rich Siminski for more years than I can remember. In our current home, which we built 12 years ago, Rich Siminski remodeling is the main reason our house turned out as beautiful as it did. As he was responsible for 99% of all the woodworking and moldings and trim, and gave us many many ideas. My wife and I have actually become friends with him and to this day not only do we know each other, but as recently as one week ago, my front door which are double doors, shifted just a bit and that day when I called him, whatever he was doing he came over to our home repaired the problem immediately and did not even charge us. I only mention the fact that he did not even charge us, because in no way am I insinuating that he is the cheapest person you’ll ever find to do work for you. But in this world, you get what you pay for. And long after you remember how cheap something was you will remember the poor workmanship you got in return for it. Mr. Siminski does not just send workers to your home. He does most of the work himself on site.. If I sound a bit patronizing and complementary it is because not only do I think he is second to none at what he does, but he is the fairest, most honest, most honorable, and nicest man you’ll ever meet in your lifetime. “I had a total kitchen remodel done which included taking down a wall, placing windows, converting to gas, etc etc. It took 10 weeks and it turned out fantastic. Everyone that was involved from Shawn the contractor, his assistant, electrician, plumber, flooring, insulator, granite installers, showed up when expected and did a great job. Shawn scheduled the inspections that were needed and again all were right on time. When it was done I couldn't find anything to criticize. Many friends and neighbors have come to see it and everyone is wowed by it. I could go on and on but you get the idea! I highly recommend Seeview Kitchens without reservation. So reliable and excellent craftsmanship.“

Evan and his team at Air and Heat Specialists of NJ provided us with excellent and timely customer service, all for a reasonable price. Our older HVAC needed replacement, and they helped us keep it going for a day or two and then squeezed our job in almost immediately so we didn't have to go without heat. The entire team was courteous, knowledgable and professional. Evan even helped me program our thermostats and link them to my phone, and came back to make sure we had the serial numbers to register the warranty. Before we found Live In Place Designs LLC this task seemed daunting and unachievable. With them it became a simple matter of giving Lori some basic details and letting her handle the rest. They helped us find multiple contractors who would be qualified to create the space and together we selected the best one. They helped us decide what the room needed, what we could have based on township regulations and then designed the space for us using state of the art computer technology. They handled creating the plans, hiring an architect the create a blueprint for the contractor to follow and kept up during the whole process to make sure everything went as smoothly as it could go. We couldn’t have asked for a better company to help with such a difficult project and surely couldn’t have done it without them.“

The company owner responded quickly and offered an estimate after a brief site visit. Soriano C. Service Landscaping arrived on time, worked efficiently, and got the tree (and much of its pesky root system!) out of there! I was especially impressed by how careful, thorough, and neat they were because the tree was very close to our house and the property line. We would be happy to hire them again!“

“This was a great customer experience from start to finish. The owner of the company, Anthony Tepedino, came to my parents' house to survey their bathroom and answer all of our questions. He is personable, knowledgeable and honest. The product, an elder accessible shower, was installed in one day by two very hard working men. They arrived at the house at 7:30 and and left at 6pm. They took only 15 minutes for lunch. They did the demolition work very neatly. The plumbing and shower install was perfect. These guys are meticulous and had great attention to detail. My parents and I are very happy with the product. We have all used it and it performs as advertised. Generally, I don't write reviews, but if you care about an elder relative like I do, then it's incumbent upon me to let others know that we had an amazing customer experience.“
