Explained everything in detail and gave me great insight, while others were trying to over charge me for work. When I say overcharge, I mean OVERCHARGE and Denis gave me the real info. Came in fixed one issue, noticed another issue . . .proceeded to give me next steps for the next issue and resolved it all at a reasonable cost.
