“Hello, today I attended the hot vinyasa yoga class with Stefany Stiefelmann. The session was focused, detailed, and enjoyable. Stefany was a highly experienced teacher and an SME on teaching yoga, and she had a very kind and pleasant personality. As this was my first experience, I plan to return for multiple sessions in the future.”
“My first massage ever, and Frankie knocked it out of the park! He did some targeted work on my plantar fasciitis, and my feet feel great. An unexpected bonus: my lower back feels amazing now, and I have way less fatigue during the day. Two days later, and I feel like a new man. Frankie is super professional but still incredibly friendly and welcoming. If I was a big baller, I’d be seeing him twice a month! Definitely recommend.”
“Bonnie is such a pleasant person. She was excellent with the lymphatic drainage massage and made my experience so relaxing! I highly recommend this place if you need a massage and want to destress. Can’t wait to go back”
