I would like to give a big thank you to Joe and John for the wonderful work the two did servicing our family. I had to sadly say goodbye to my 13 year old daughter due to cancer, and from the beginning, the two have shown great care to our situation. From sitting down for the initial conversation, to having to make that call in the middle of the night, to the funeral service and up to the burial, we felt we were in good hands. Although I hope I do not have to step foot in that building for quite some time (sorry Joe), I would 100% seek their services again. The day we met I actually had gotten the wrong place but now I understand it was God who knew that this would be the business to help and support me at my and my family lowest. Miles is a seasoned craftsman of upholstery. I recently had my couch completely redone. The couch was picked up by Miles and his assistant. I soon heard it was done and they both drove over and set it up. I am so very delighted in the workmanship! My couch wasTransformed into a beautiful and comfortable piece of furniture I will truly enjoy for years! I highly recommend this business if you are looking to give life to your furniture. Love this barber shop. Leo’s absolutely awesome. But ngl yall gotta get better at answering the phones. It’s always “hello?…” and i’m over here wondering “Did i call the right place? Is this a random dude answering the phone?” Then they cant answer any of my questions or get me on my barber’s schedule. It makes me hate calling the shop number

Very friendly had the slightest language barrier but my phone translator was well received and issues were solved..she did an excellent job and my 100 $ tip was so appreciated it was worth it just to see how happy she was. I was very happy also.

In The Cut in Dunellen is the real deal. I’ve been going to Dylan for years, and when he made the move over there a few years back, I followed him.. and the shop lives up to the reputation. The layout is cool, the vibe is always solid, and every barber in there clearly takes pride in their craft. Everyone is cool as hell, and the place is always packed, which pretty much says it all. Great cuts, great people, great atmosphere. Highly recommend.
I've been coming to Nancy's for about 8 months. The shop is clean and organized and quiet and not chaotic or loud. I love the products she uses. They are not super inflated bougie products nor are they cheap silicone heavy products. They are a very good middle ground. Nancy is kind, gentle and she makes my curly 3b/3c hair so smooth and shiny. She gives me perfect layers that give me optimal movement. She cares about the health of the hair as well when doing a blowout and takes her time with the right temperatures. Did I also mention she doesn't burn ears or foreheads in the process? My hair is notoriously hard to lighten and always causes issues. She lifted my hair and gave me a beautiful copper color that turned heads. It is more expensive than other Dominican places, yes. But I'd still come here and pay more because of the peaceful experience and attention to detail from Nancy. I would have kept my review private but I wanted to give balance to some of the other negative reviews.
I was ready to throw in the towel in an effort to find the best nail tech FOR ME. Well...... I found Dave! He is a gem and truly takes pride in his work. The salon is not only clean and spacious the owner is engaging and pleasant truly exuding his want for you to be there. Definitely found my new nail home.
