Before going to her I had lower back pain to the point it was waking me up at night from the pain and then I did a thermography scan and they confirmed that I have tension in my left side of neck and back and has to go to a massage therapist, since I've never been in any place who performs that kind of therapy before, I ran my search and found Natalie's 5*z reviews already so I decided to give it a shot.

“Went for the first time yesterday. I had a body scrub, a massage, and a mini facial.

I was definitely a little nervous going in for the scrub, but once you are in the bathhouse area it is fine. The lady who did my scrub, she scrubbed me until my skin was as soft as a newborn. It is not as relaxing as a scrub I have gotten in other spas, just due to the noise around, but honestly it was exceptional 10/10, make sure you do the 60+ minute to get the milk bath.

The massage was just as good. This lady straddled the table to get in there better. One of the best massages I have ever had.

The quick mini facial was a nice way to end the day.

I also had a smoothie which was delicious and got dinner, beef bulgogi, which was also delicious.

Overall a great experience. I will definitely be back. It was quite busy on a Saturday afternoon so I may try a different time.“
