I reached out to ServiceMaster, and Mike the project manager called me asap & stayed in contact w/me until his arrival. He mitigated, and came up with a plan of action quickly. Doug & Luis arrived the next morning to begin the work. This team went above and beyond, Doug went over the plan & explained everything in detail, and he was extremely meticulous.
