“Cathy recently hosted my Girl Scout troop and it was fabulous! She was wonderful. The girls had such a great time working as teams to support each other, move their bodies, relax their minds and encourage themselves and others that they are empowered and awesome. Thank you, Cathy for an amazing event and I hope to make this an annual thing for the girls or even just myself.”
“Julia is a great coach. The pace is steady and she introduces challenges gently. She guides us through the exercises and keeps the tempo consistent. I enjoy the class and her coaching style”
