“I am so incredibly happy with the service with Benjamin Franklin Plumbing! The heat in the first of two zones in my home stopped working and I called this company because they did great work for my mother-in-law.

I was able to speak to a very nice representative, and in less than 5 minutes, I was speaking with Tom Brady. Tom took the time to listen to the issue I was having and asked me to send him a couple pictures. He got back to me immediately and told me over the phone how to fix the problem myself. He didn't make me feel stupid like some other companies have done in the past. He walked me through the process, and let me know if I had any issues, he would be at my house this afternoon to fix the problem. Tom Brady TAUGHT ME how to fix the issue. Free of charge.
