I am so incredibly happy with the service with Benjamin Franklin Plumbing! The heat in the first of two zones in my home stopped working and I called this company because they did great work for my mother-in-law.

I was able to speak to a very nice representative, and in less than 5 minutes, I was speaking with Tom Brady. Tom took the time to listen to the issue I was having and asked me to send him a couple pictures. He got back to me immediately and told me over the phone how to fix the problem myself. Tom was a huge help in getting my heat back up and running! It's refreshing to deal with people like him who care about getting you issues fixed fast and not about how much the can make off of you.

I had been without heat or hot water since Easter. I had two previous companies come in and tell me I needed a new furnace. One was going to be $20,000. One was going to be $18,000. I called Benjamin Franklin told them what had happened to my furnace. There was black smoke coming out of it. Turn it off because it wasn't good. He told me that he was going to give me a call later in the day and stop by. Called me around 3:00 said he was ready. Asked if I was home I was he came.
