“I did a class here recently and honestly loved the vibe. The studio is super clean and homey, and everyone was really friendly from the second I walked in.

You can tell the manager and instructors actually care about what they’re doing. It doesn’t feel intimidating, and they seem really focused on good form and helping people move well. I didn't feel rushed through the workout at all.

It feels like the kind of place where you’d feel comfortable whether you’re brand new or have been doing Pilates for years. Definitely a great addition to Montclair!!“

“Love this solidcore. Staff is so friendly and helpful. Instructors are great. Recently started taking up solidcore and the results are EXCELLENT. I’m stronger and have more energy. Difficulty level is high so take it slow. Instructors are helpful if they know you’re new. Never had an issue getting into class since I’m usually slightly early (unlike everyone in this comment session… it’s a small class size and requires a lot of instruction, so late arrivals just disrupt everyone’s workout). Make sure to take the intro classes if you’re new - recommended number is 3-5 but I’ve taken closer to 7. Super helpful to increase strength and avoid getting injured!“
