At first I was anxious about how we would organise access for the repair due to building management’s protocol, but it went extremely smoothly and the tech fixed the A/C right up.

The price was fair and the engineer was here for around 3 hours taking apart my old A/C unit. He explained to me in detail exactly what he was doing at each level so I understand the process and what needed to be replaced.

I was initially concerned about their availability, but the technician arrived promptly and spent nearly two hours diagnosing and repairing a faulty heat exchanger. It's been several days now, and the heating system is functioning without any issues.
