Mariel’s Sunday classes were a must for me every week, also loved Alex, Anisha, Larry…the list goes on. It’s such a rare combination of really thoughtful alignment based practice with accessible integration of yoga traditions. I’ve brought dozens of guests here of all ages and abilities and everyone has loved it. Also have awesome retreat/ immersion/ workshop offerings. And a beautiful space. Cannot rave enough about this studio, will miss it dearly ! Thank you three queens!“

The studio is always clean, the teachers offer modifications for beginners, and there is a variety of classes throughout the schedule. I'm so thankful to have found this community.“

I had a massage from Adrian a few months ago thanks to a gift certificate I was given last Christmas. If I could afford to, I would see him every week. Our session did go a little over time because he gave me the time I needed to try to work out where I thought my pain was coming from, and I thank him for that. He let me talk the entire time and ask him questions, which I did to try to help him figure out where the origin of my neck pain was, but he seemed to know just by feel and yeah… In one session he was able to teach me the correct range of motion for my neck when I turn it to the left. He showed me how the pain and stiffness I felt when turning my head was due to chronic bad posture. It was beyond enlightening. I try to work on my posture all the time, but I never feel like I am in control of it because I’ve never had proper posture due to a sedentary upbringing.Getting my neck to turn all the way to the left without my shoulder tightening felt like some kind of spiritual miracle, like my body has been wanting to return to some some proper state of function my whole life. He showed me how what I thought was normal when I turned by head was actually my traps straining to stabilize my head and how I actually have to go against my body’s instinct to tighten my shoulders. One day when I’m not living paycheck to paycheck I will attempt to make a regular appointment with Adrian. I have had some great massages before but not like this. This was an eye opening experience I think about months later.“

This is the experience each time I enjoy the teas I ordered from Indigo Healing Arts Collective apothecary. These teas are foraged and curated by Jacqlyn, a loving soul, and you can feel and taste it in every sip. Treat yourself. You are worth it.“
“Sadly, despite the benefits I felt from the Iyengar class I took here, I would not go back for Iyengar due to the instructor's style which I found demotivating and demoralizing. But this co-op offers a variety of other styles of yoga also. It's nice that the community can support alternatives for both students and teachers. So, while I would not go back for the Iyengar, I would definitely consider taking classes of other styles yere.“
“They have a 5:30AM class, which works great for my schedule. The teachers have been very nice each time I visited; sometimes I do slightly different variations for the poses and they were encouraging, when I was exploring my practice/ gave me helpful pointers. Overall, it’s a nice airy studio with cubbies/hangers for your personal items. Thanks for offering an early morning class and guiding my practice!“

1707 E Passyunk Ave, Philadelphia“I've been learning/practicing yoga at home for about a year or two and finally decided a few weeks ago to take the plunge and do my first in person yoga class. I was nervous but was so happy with how my first class went. I took the Bahkti flow on a Sunday morning with Aria and the class was energentic and invigorating. Aria was very warm and welcoming and I didn't feel uncomfortable in the slightest. Blocks and blankets are provided and I love the feel and aesthetic of the studio. I live nearby (about a half mile) so it is a nice walk and the location is great. (I went shopping after) - I bought a 4 pack of classes since I enjoyed it so much and went back for another class with Shannon - another great instructor. I'm very happy with my decision to pick Palo Santo and look forward to future classes.“
