I've attended several Yoga Research conferences, and have never been disappointed. The Yoga Research Society conferences takes you deeper into the practice of yoga and why it works. The sessions are not only scientifically informative, but inspiring. And of course, the yoga session with Dr. Vijayendra Pratap is truly a gift.
