He was able to confirm water penetration and told me what I needed to do minimize long-term physical and environmental impact. They were very thorough in their assessment and informed me of various other rebate programs available to me even though I was only asking about the Con Edison one.The workers came when scheduled. They were very respectful and covered all areas they worked on. I was expecting four days work, but they finished in three. They walked with me through all the work they did to make sure I was satisfied before they left.The litmus test for me was the cold dining room is now comfortable, and I notice the house does not get cold at night like it used to. The pressurization test showed the house is now sealed up much better than before.
