I brought a pair of sunglasses in that had been purchased here a few years ago, one of the arms had snapped off. I was told they were out of warranty, which is completely understandable. But then I was told that a replacement arm was not available, I’d have to buy a new frame. Once in the car I checked on the manufacturer’s website only to find that the part I needed was available and easy to order, which I did. I feel like I was lied to in order for Eyeglass Boutique to sell me new frames that I didn’t really need.

Looking for a terrific experience? Look no further than the Eyeglass Boutique! Having worn glasses since the age of 7, I have had experiences with my fair share of optical stores and opticians over the decades...And I have to say that the ladies (optician Vicki along with Sheelagh and Lara) worked with me to find the perfect frames for my face and my high prescription (not an easy task). Sheelagh went out of her way to find out if a style of frame came in a color I preferred and ordered them immediately! Thank you for the expertise, responsiveness and genuine customer service - it’s been a joy...I highly recommend this boutique!
