“After a spinal injury and sleeping in a chair for almost a year, I was ready to get back to living. I found Soo and have literally experienced a miraculous recovery with greatly reduced pain and increased mobility in a very short time. My wife and I are blessed to work with Soo and words alone cannot express the gratitude we feel. She is one of a kind!”
“I Love Adrienne’s classes!! I have been taking most of her class types for over 250 classes. She is one of the best. I always look forward to my classes with her. Great upbeat vibe. Love it! Thanks Adrienne!!”
“When six different surgeons could not help with my chronic back pain, the only person who did manage to get some relief for me was Alex. I highly recommend them and will absolutely go back if need be. Very well run and professional atmosphere along with being incredibly personable.”
