“My first time visiting. Highly recommend this Spa. I opted for a 90 minute full body massage. My specialist asked if I preferred “hard” or “medium” pressure before starting. She also adjusted the pressure to target specific areas that needed extra attention (traps, neck and upper back). Attention to the scalp and feet were also appreciated. The room was clean and comfortable, low lighting. The restroom was clean and well appointed. I walked in without an appointment, however I would suggest calling ahead because they were quite busy. I will be returning soon.“
“I have been having weekly adjustments from Dr. Heller for the past 7 months. I can’t explain how much he has helped me. I endured two spinal surgeries in 2019, which can potentially cause a lot of limitations. Most of the chiropractors who were able to help me with maintenance charged upwards of $350 a visit, making it impossible to be consistent. Most exceptional and skilled chiropractors do not take insurance at all. I feel very lucky to have found Dr. Heller, and have him be so reasonably priced. Additionally, I had been suffering with neuropathy in my feet that I worried could not be corrected and he has managed to reverse it completely, allowing me to fully regain my comfort. Many doctors didn’t know how to treat this, but Dr. Heller has proved to be a specialist in the entire body.He very delightful, optimistic, and caring. I could not recommend him more.“

“What I can say from my experience in treating myself with it and putting the needles in, it was the best, the terrible pain in my ankle, knee, shoulder and elbow went away. I walked in with pain worse than a 90-year-old woman and I walked out walking perfectly clear, the small pains faded as the days went by. They do not force you to repeat sessions only if it is chronic and you feel that you need to, you can make an appointment and almost two months have passed since I return for my fingers due to pain. I hope to be better and so far I have no shoulder pain oh my elbow which were super painful. Everything depends on each person and it is good to try the alternative, instead of taking medications, it is my humble opposition.“

“This a nice affordable place for deep tissue massage. I tried it when I arrived to NJ a couple months ago.I have been to various other places near Hackensack, where I am staying.I have not been impressed with any of them. I had time to make the drive out to Ridgewood this afternoon and I am glad I did.Great massage. I wanted an hour but she squeezed me in for 45 minutes before another appt. Managed to work on the knots in my neck and lower back with time to spare. The hot towel was nice and relaxing. Very pleased.I'm not sure if they charged $1 for the bottle water. I'll have to ask next time, just so I know.2 thumbs up!“
