Had a phenomenal massage with Estina today. Estina has extensive hands-on experience which translates well to working with dancer bodies. Her enthusiasm for learning and growth is evident--she stays engaged with relevant emerging information as part of furthering her education as a body worker and as a small business owner. The space is lovely, comfortable, and well kept. Looking forward to returning for another massage.

Incredible! Estina is a magician. As a 40+ year old long-distance runner with all the aches and pains that come along with it. Estina melted each knot away in the 90min session. She was friendly, professional and I will be heading back to see her again in a fortnight!

Estina with Hands4Health is beyond incredible. My 90 minute deep tissue massage was the best massage that I have ever received!!! She applied the perfect blend of pressure and touch, and helped relieve some deep rooted neck and hamstring pain. Her massage studio is a peaceful and professional setting, and she showed thoughtful care throughout the entire experience, including a chilled water at the end! I will definitely visit Estina again and strongly recommend her work!!!
