Today, I had an hour foot massage by Helen, it was a great, relaxing massage, in comfortable massage chairs, pillow for my head, pleasant music, low lights, left foot rub relaxed me, right foot I don't remember all because, I dozed on and off! The massage refreshed my whole body, she gave me a bottle of water, I paid for the massage and tipped Helen, my feet stepped lively to my car.
I was a little hesitant to go for another massage this week after a disappointing experience elsewhere, but I finally decided to give Shanti Spa in Fort Lee a try—and I’m so glad I did.
For $85, I had a 60-minute body massage plus a 30-minute foot massage, which I thought was very reasonably priced. What a difference from my previous experience!

I’ve been coming to shanti for a couple years now, I used to go to the palisades park location which is very nice , and it’s set up very similarly as the others -I always love the foot massage room. It’s nice with the reclining chairs and relaxing with calm music . I love seeing Jackie , he is amazing. Every second of the massage is great with him. He does great foot and body work.
