A+ all around! Called on a weekend, the owner got back to me within an hour. Dropped off my laptop on a Sunday to upgrade the internal hard drive. Had it back in my hands complete with no issues the next day! Great service and price

The owner got back to me quickly when I called about my computer issue (my computer was stuck in an operating/diagnostic error code). Within an hour of me dropping off my computer, the owner called me to let me know he was able to correct the issue, and everything I had on my computer was saved. I HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend calling when you have computer issues.

I thought my laptop was a goner, I called Dragora and within a half an hour I had dropped my computer off to be looked at. Within an hour he was able to tell me what the issue was, and talked me through multiple solutions and different options we had to be able to fix it and restore all of my files & pictures. Got the hard drive replaced (and upgraded) and picked it back up that same evening! Everything was thoroughly explained and I felt well informed throughout the process, and at a great price. Would recommend!
