“We've had a few very good experiences here! We first took my 7.5 year old for a hair cut. The stylist was patient with her, asked her opinion, asked me my opinion, and truly listened. My daughter can be anxious and they made her feel comfortable and welcome. They finished off her style with a cute braid, glitter spay, and hair scent spray, and they even offered the scent spray to my other little ones who tagged along. We just brought my nearly 3 y/o twin girls for their first hair cuts and again had a great experience. They took them 1 at a time and again were patient and accommodating. The first twin was a bit nervous but did ok, and they were patient with her in getting her to keep her head down/still. They allowed me to help and suggested a few tricks to get her to do what they needed. The 2nd twin was very nervous and ended up having a bit of a melt down with some big emotions. They gave her the time that she needed to process everything, let me have time to talk things through with her, and let me sit with her to keep her calm. They did her cut SO quickly and it still came out amazing. She did eventually relax enough for the braid and sparkle spray and even let them take her picture for her certificate.They are warm and friendly, the salon is clean, there's always a fun movie or show playing, there are video games for the kids while they wait, and lollipops for a treat at the end! Prices are reasonable and they offer fun services like little kid mani/pedis and make up! We are grateful a friend recommended this place to us and we will definitely be back!“

“I thankfully came upon Salon Bass after a while of searching for a salon, there are so many options but I am so happy I happened upon this one! I randomly selected Nick as my stylist and our worlds were definitely meant to collide. He really was fantastic, very observant, precise, a perfectionist at his job. Who doesn’t want a perfectionist for a stylist? I got a bob cut from him and I went to work after and someone asked where I got such a precise cut from it was literally perfectly chopped. She will likely be a future customer that’s how much she admired the cut and style. He also engaged in nice conversation with me the entire visit which isn’t expected but appreciated. I also had a time conflict and he made sure to get me in and out in perfect time. 10/10 experience I will definitely be back! Thank you“
