My braider did an amazing job! She is very skilled, gentle, and pays attention to detail. My hair looks great and lasted a long time. Her place is clean, welcoming, and comfortable. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for quality braiding.
I had my hair to this place once my experience was not great and I will tell you why. First I would say this should not discourage the owner but give you a chance to improve certain things. It's true that you show up late when you give early appointment, if you know you are coming late you should at least call the client and let them know you are running late, she had my phone number and I told her I was on my way and had to wait a long time. Another thing to improve, if you don't know the style that the person wants do not promise you can do it be honest some people can choose the style you are comfortable doing. Had a great experience getting my boho knotless braids from Ami. She and another braider did great job or making my braid inspo look come to life. They were also great at understanding any adjustments I wanted and checked on me throughout. I also loved how gentle Ami was with my hair making sure to gently comb through to avoid breakage. Surprisingly, not many braiders are conscious of that part and making sure to be careful with the natural hair during the braiding process. I would highly recommend them!
