Valaire and Megan stand out as two of the most exceptional instructors I've had the pleasure of working with. Their knowledge, patience, and personalized approach to teaching really make a difference. They take the time to understand each participant’s unique needs and abilities and adapt exercises accordingly, ensuring that everyone can get the most from each session.

Their instructors are high quality and they have a variety of styles so you can get good variety out of your membership and different levels of classes and difficulty. They have been very accommodating and responsive when I had to pause my membership for a brief period due to a health issue and when any other issues came up. The instructors are pretty good about giving alternatives if you are not able to do something and allowing the class to be personalized if you have any specific body issues where you can't do something. I personally recommend getting an unlimited membership because you get to sign up for classes earlier and the spots can fill up fast. When I had an 8x a month membership, it was harder to get a spot in the classes but the waitlists for classes do move.“

45 Mountain Blvd, Warren“Deepest gratitude to Gopi Yoga Center for being a Bhakti sanctuary during the 3 days of my touring through Central NJ. I found the Center when I most needed it, when I was emotionally and physically exhausted mid tour and needed to refill my cup. After the first class on Alignment with Jane, I returned on Day 2 for Vinyasa Flow, a meditation/philosophy class, and a gentle class. Day 3 was vinyasa, hot flow, and Kundalini with Darlene, who served dates and golden milk for a post-class satsang. Because of this sweet space and wonderful teachers, my 3 days here became an unplanned and unofficial DIY yoga retreat. Thank you thank you thank you. ???“
