Deepest gratitude to Gopi Yoga Center for being a Bhakti sanctuary during the 3 days of my touring through Central NJ. I found the Center when I most needed it, when I was emotionally and physically exhausted mid tour and needed to refill my cup. After the first class on Alignment with Jane, I returned on Day 2 for Vinyasa Flow, a meditation/philosophy class, and a gentle class. Day 3 was vinyasa, hot flow, and Kundalini with Darlene, who served dates and golden milk for a post-class satsang. Because of this sweet space and wonderful teachers, my 3 days here became an unplanned and unofficial DIY yoga retreat. Thank you thank you thank you. ???
Absolutely wonderful! Lisa did a great job explaining all the poses and how they affect the organs. She followed up with a 15-minute sound bath to close - what a wonderful experience! Thank you!
The environment and staff are very calming and welcoming. The instruction is clear and helpful. I always feel better when I leave than I did before I came. I'm very glad I found Onyx!
