F45 is superior to other gyms, fitness classes and personal training that I've experienced. Every day offers a new and different challenge which helps keeps things interesting. Great full body strength and cardio workouts for anyone looking to whip themselves into their best shape. The trainers are fun, friendly, motivational and check your form to ensure maximum effectiveness. It is definitely hard work and fast paced but there are people of all ages, sizes and abilities here and exercises can be modified accordingly.“

I have lost almost 10 pounds; but more importantly, I have changed the way I eat, and it hasn’t been difficult. As a vegetarian it has been hard to eat enough protein, but Rachel has provided me with lots of ideas and suggestions. She also works to identify times of the week (weekends!) that are more difficult and suggests ways to handle these more challenging times. She has impressed upon me the need to do more weight bearing exercises but also explains WHY these exercises are more helpful, especially for women in their 50’s like me. As someone who has tried literally every diet in the books, Rachel really does provide a sustainable, ongoing program that is easy to follow.“

Work related injuries and subsequent surgeries deterred me from even thinking of exercising, never mind joining a gym again. Having gained weight and being so out of shape made it difficult to walk back into the place that had transformed you once already. I was put at ease immediately seeing the faces of many of the old trainers and the friendly faces of some new ones. With modifications and guidance from these professional young men and women, even with my personal limitations, I am able to again obtain results beyond any expectations I may have had. I attend and enjoy boot camp classes at both the Ocean Township and Little Silver locations. She is an excellent teacher, very knowledgeable, encouraging and patient. Whether she's doing individual or group classes she makes a point to get to know each persons limitations and will modify the exercises for that person. She is so patient, very supportive and makes the classes fun and relaxing. Highly recommend if you are looking for a great workout in a relaxed space!!“
