    I have been working with Rachel for only a couple of months but she has been incredibly helpful and motivating for me. I have lost almost 10 pounds; but more importantly, I have changed the way I eat, and it hasn’t been difficult. As a vegetarian it has been hard to eat enough protein, but Rachel has provided me with lots of ideas and suggestions. She also works to identify times of the week (weekends!) that are more difficult and suggests ways to handle these more challenging times. She has impressed upon me the need to do more weight bearing exercises but also explains WHY these exercises are more helpful, especially for women in their 50’s like me.     I started working with Rachel 3 months ago to get my nutrition and fitness back on track. I had been fairly sedentary the past year due to an ACL injury (followed by reconstructive surgery), which caused me to stress eat. Her coaching and guidance helped me start recognizing good habits and understanding why they were important for my body. Now that I'm older, what used to work in the past for me doesn't anymore, and changing my mindset was so important. I love being able to make healthy choices without having to obsessively count every single calorie as that's not sustainable for every day life.     Rachel is the best! Extremely knowledgeable and a genuinely nice person. I have been working with her 1:1 (virtually) and her thoughtful approach to workout planning and nutrition advice has helped me to not only build muscle, but also have more flexibility/freedom with my nutrition and not get caught in the cycle of yo-yo dieting, which I have struggled with in the past.Since working with her, my focus has shifted from weight loss to strength /performance in the gym. Following her workout plan, I was able to accomplish my first goal of doing unassisted chin ups (for the first time ever) and have seen some great body recomposition results along the way!Highly recommend...read full review
