My wife and I first met with Sue who assisted us in our selection in their charming Windham showroom and she provided valuable insight on hardwood and vinyl flooring. When Sue and Brian came to the house to scope the project, both were very accomodating.They assured us that all of our concerns would be resolved. During installation, we were amazed at the quality of work, cleanliness and professionalism of the entire Lasting Impressions Flooring team. They went far beyond what we expected. We had prefinished hardwood installed in three rooms and vinyl planks installed in the front entryway. There were also four areas with steps that needed to be sanded, stained matched and finished. “Abdinoor was recommended by a friend who said they did a beautiful job on her hardwood floors a couple years ago. I can see why! I needed a luxury plank vinyl after a massive leak ruined our laminate throughout the kitchen. I sort of knew what I wanted, but they came with infinite samples, and Mike was so professional and knowledgeable doing the quote/measuring. We ultimately decided to go with Abdinoor and a Cortec floor, and the results speak for themselves. Freddie and his team came, and they were beyond professional, hardworking, and wonderful… so much so, I HAD to buy these men lunch!

The floors are STUNNING, and we are beyond happy with them. It was mostly done in one day, but they came back an additional day for a few fixes for a very picky customer (me)! ? John responded to my quote request the same day, were there to take a look at the project 2 days later, and I had a quote sent to me not even 24 hours later. He was reasonably priced for the amount of work being done - he refinished 2 floors - including 5 rooms, 2 hallways and 12 stair treads.

John started work exactly on time and finished in the original time frame he thought it would take to complete the project. He was very honest about what was possible with my floors, some of which were in bad shape from water and pet damage. He exceeded my expectations in what he was able to do to get the floors back to the best condition possible - see the before and after pictures for reference.

“All Pro Cleaners did a wonderful job on my industrial kitchen tiles. I hated this floor shortly after it was installed years ago. The little indentations in the tile pocketed dirt and over the years became impossible to keep looking clean. Before spending thousands of dollars to install a new floor, I called All Pro. “ACS did our installation of LVP, which we purchased from and scheduled with Home Depot. Our experience was fantastic from start to finish. Our installation was scheduled for a Tuesday and Wednesday. When ACS first arrived in the afternoon on Tuesday, the lead installer advised us that our old hardwoods would not have to be torn out, as we had originally been told from the HD estimate. We were happy, as that decreased the time of the job as well as saving us over $3K. The installers arrived on time both days, did an expert job installing the flooring, made recommendations and were concerned about my satisfaction. They moved all of the furniture back to the original places, cleaned up all of their materials, gave me a primer as to how to care for the floors and how to go about getting a refund from HD for the difference in labor costs, and were available to answer any other questions that I had. We’re very happy with the process and the results.“
