Would highly recommend R.Fraser Company. We recently had carpet installed on our stairs and in the bedrooms of our home. It was a perfect experience from start to finish. Jake did the install SOLO. Very impressed with his work ethic and skills!

Mark was truly amazing! Accidentally our builder made a mistake and gave us the wrong Part Number for the flooring we needed. We didn’t notice until we had picked up the flooring and had brought it home. This is where the amazing customer service from Mark came in. Not only did he fixed a problem that he wasn’t responsible for, he went above and beyond for us. Scheduled everything with the manufacturer to return the wrong flooring, helped us find the correct flooring, ordered us the correct flooring. And he didn’t stop there.
