“Scott Witkum came recommended to us for hardwood refinishing, and we are extremely happy with our floors after their work. We had water damage and pet urine stains which ruined sections of our first floor. Witkum provided an estimate, explained homeowner insurance coverage, and scheduled the job. The floors were replaced in the worst areas and refinished in the other areas. The finish was done with a lighter color than the original, and last coatings were done with a higher grade resilient product to protect against water and scratches. It turned out perfect, exactly what we wanted. The HVAC floor grates were added in the same wood finish which really look amazing. The floor looks better than new and we are so happy with the work. Highly recommend hiring Witkum flooring, they are very good to deal with and you won’t believe how great your floors will look when they are done.”

“We hired Kitchens by Lombco’s Tewksbury team for more than just a kitchen they remodeled our bathroom and finished part of our basement as well. What impressed us most was how organized the whole process felt. Holly helped us design a bathroom that feels like a spa, with custom cabinetry and lighting that makes the space brighter. Meanwhile, the basement project added a laundry area and extra living space that we didn’t think was possible in the square footage we had. John’s crew was professional, respectful, and flexible when we added a few changes along the way. It’s rare to find a contractor who can handle multiple projects at once and keep everything on schedule, but that’s exactly what they did.”

“Natural Hardwood Floors was amazing to work with! John responded to my quote request the same day, were there to take a look at the project 2 days later, and I had a quote sent to me not even 24 hours later. He was reasonably priced for the amount of work being done - he refinished 2 floors - including 5 rooms, 2 hallways and 12 stair treads.

John started work exactly on time and finished in the original time frame he thought it would take to complete the project. He was very honest about what was possible with my floors, some of which were in bad shape from water and pet damage. He exceeded my expectations in what he was able to do to get the floors back to the best condition possible - see the before and after pictures for reference.

I strongly recommend anyone considering having their wood floors refinished to give John a call!”
