My mother and I recently enjoyed a half-day (four-hour) spa experience, and from start to finish, it was nothing short of exceptional. The afternoon felt deeply immersive and restorative, thoughtfully structured to encourage both relaxation and presence. Between each service, we were served three snacks (fika) which added a lovely rhythm to the day and made the experience feel even more intentional.
Each treatment was remarkable, but the Swedish massage particularly stood out. Our therapist was outstanding - tailoring each session to our individual needs. Having just gone through a move, we both carried a fair amount of tension, and the care and attention we received left us feeling completely renewed.
The sauna was my personal highlight. The private outdoor space allowed us to move at our own pace between the warmth of the nordic sauna and the cold plunge shower. With a dedicated dressing and sitting area, along with thoughtful touches like blinds and a locking door, the environment felt both serene and comfortably secluded.
What elevated the visit even further was the staff. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed and made to feel at ease. Their attentiveness was perfectly balanced - checking in just enough to ensure everything was going smoothly, while still preserving a sense of privacy.

Shelly did a consultation and later a facial tailored to my skin. I can’t say enough great things about this experience. She was thorough and personal. I intend on coming back because my skin looks and feels great. The product line that they use seems to be making a big difference on my skin. I came to Shelly and her team as a postpartum mom in need of some skincare love and to kick my butt back into a routine. She went above and beyond my expectations. Lise is also very gentle and kind. I really look forward to these visits. They even let me bring my baby in for my consultation and everyone was so accommodating.
One of the most incredible and relaxing experiences I've ever had. Maria has the warmest soul and just radiates kindness. The treatment was lovely. I'm very sensitive to smell and have sensitive skin - all smells were relaxing and calming and my skin felt amazing after. My experience getting my septum was amazing. Wayne did very well, he explained what he was doing and it was a very simple process. He was always checking to make sure everything was alright. No complaints, will definitely be going back.

I know basically nothing about flowers, but they took my vision board, totally understood my vibe, and created the perfect arrangements for my wedding. Nice experience. The beautician was very sweet and caring. The prices seem normal compared to other places. Facial gives a result almost right away, however, for body endosphere frequent and continuous visits are effective!

My husband and I's soak was a relaxing, peaceful experience. Everyone that worked there was very kind and the energy was so positive. I would recommend to couples, friends, family, etc. The happy tea was delicious as well as the blueberry scone and lavender lemonade. Prices were very reasonable for the drinks and treats and I loved the many options. It was nice having your own space to relax and the chairs were so comfy. Can't say enough good things.

Emma is absolutely amazing! I live in Moultonboro and she is so worth the drive to North Conway. Emma does a magnificent job and truly cares about her customers. She has a great sense of humor and is easy to talk to.
I've purchased glasses there twice (2 years apart) and the experience was better each time. A little hard to find (downstairs in a hospital) but worth the trek!
Dr. Kenney was able to get me in when I was traveling from out of state. I could barely get out of bed that morning due to my back/sciatica. The pain was so severe that I could barely walk. After a short visit, he was able to adjust my back and I immediately was able to start walking normally again. He was very thorough and has a great sense of humor! Hands down the best chiropractor I've ever worked with!

I had a number of large, dead trees removed from my property and I cannot say enough great things about Rotten Rock. Stalin and his crew were amazing - they were prompt, efficient and left my property looking better than when they got there. They were a true pleasure to work with and I would 100% call them again for any tree-related service I may have in the future.

Just want to commend Stalin, Seth and Kevin on a wonderful job they did cutting down four trees near our house in South Chatham. All were great--they were professional and took great care in not damaging surrounding trees or any landscaping. They chipped branches, raked everything and cut up the wood I wanted into 4 foot lengths. Amazing watching how they did it and watching Stalin and Seth in the bucket. Stalin also gave me several pointers on tree management and since he is a certified arborist, I listened! I will have two more trees to cut down next year and you can bet I will be calling Rotten Rock Logging. I highly recommend them. -Howard Vinton
