My mother and I recently enjoyed a half-day (four-hour) spa experience, and from start to finish, it was nothing short of exceptional. The afternoon felt deeply immersive and restorative, thoughtfully structured to encourage both relaxation and presence. Between each service, we were served three snacks (fika) which added a lovely rhythm to the day and made the experience feel even more intentional.
Each treatment was remarkable, but the Swedish massage particularly stood out. Our therapist was outstanding - tailoring each session to our individual needs. Having just gone through a move, we both carried a fair amount of tension, and the care and attention we received left us feeling completely renewed.
The sauna was my personal highlight. The private outdoor space allowed us to move at our own pace between the warmth of the nordic sauna and the cold plunge shower. With a dedicated dressing and sitting area, along with thoughtful touches like blinds and a locking door, the environment felt both serene and comfortably secluded.
What elevated the visit even further was the staff. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed and made to feel at ease. Their attentiveness was perfectly balanced - checking in just enough to ensure everything was going smoothly, while still preserving a sense of privacy.

Nice experience. The beautician was very sweet and caring. The prices seem normal compared to other places. Facial gives a result almost right away, however, for body endosphere frequent and continuous visits are effective!

My husband and I's soak was a relaxing, peaceful experience. Everyone that worked there was very kind and the energy was so positive. I would recommend to couples, friends, family, etc. The happy tea was delicious as well as the blueberry scone and lavender lemonade. Prices were very reasonable for the drinks and treats and I loved the many options. It was nice having your own space to relax and the chairs were so comfy. Can't say enough good things.

I've purchased glasses there twice (2 years apart) and the experience was better each time. A little hard to find (downstairs in a hospital) but worth the trek!
Dr. Kenney was able to get me in when I was traveling from out of state. I could barely get out of bed that morning due to my back/sciatica. The pain was so severe that I could barely walk. After a short visit, he was able to adjust my back and I immediately was able to start walking normally again. He was very thorough and has a great sense of humor! Hands down the best chiropractor I've ever worked with!

Stalin and his crew were amazing - they were prompt, efficient and left my property looking better than when they got there. They were a true pleasure to work with and I would 100% call them again for any tree-related service I may have in the future.
Had a couples massage today with Catherine and Samia and it was wonderful! They knew what they were doing and listened to me when the pressure was a little much. Catherine was my therapist and she actually worked my glutes (appropriately through the blanket) which I hadn't really had a massage therapist do before. My back feels so much better! My husband had Samia and she did a great job on his neck and shoulders. Overall, one of the best couples massages we have had!

Just want to commend Stalin, Seth and Kevin on a wonderful job they did cutting down four trees near our house in South Chatham. All were great--they were professional and took great care in not damaging surrounding trees or any landscaping. They chipped branches, raked everything and cut up the wood I wanted into 4 foot lengths. Amazing watching how they did it and watching Stalin and Seth in the bucket. Stalin also gave me several pointers on tree management and since he is a certified arborist, I listened! I will have two more trees to cut down next year and you can bet I will be calling Rotten Rock Logging. I highly recommend them. -Howard Vinton

Recently, our pool maintenance company owner retired leaving our association with having to locate a new pool service company. Our pool was unexpectedly left with an unhooked up new skimmer that delayed our opening. Fortunately, our new affiliation with Atlantic Pool & Spa became a saving grace as owner Mike and his fabulous team immediately on a Sunday troubleshooted our pool issues and resolved in one day.
