Kevin addressed my concerns and performed several days of labor on projects I had identified. BEST CARPET CLEANERS in the area! I highly recommend this company for not just carpets but upholstery too ! Scotty made our couch look like brand new and it was in horrible shape. Our carpets were just as bad and they turned out awesome as well. When we called, the phones were answered by a real person in the office, not an answering service or voicemail machine with no return phone call. Going forward, we wouldn't even think of using another company. A very professional agency all around ! ?
They always get Piper and I in there very quickly. Piper is a young dog but had a cancerous growth on her leg the doctor did an excellent job removing it. I would let her do surgery on me anytime :-)
Love working with Sean and the crew at Emerald Tree! They have completed all our tree work since we purchased our home 15 years ago. They are responsive, thoughtful in their decisions to save trees and know when a tree needs to go before it does damage. Many of the crew have worked together for 8 years. It is difficult to keep employees in the valley and Sean manages to accomplish that.
