My husband and I we spa guests (we did not stay at this hotel). It was AMAZING. The couples massage was one of the best we have ever had. We both agreed our masseuses were fantastic. They massaged and stretched us. The sauna experience was something new to us. Hot HOT and cold COLD. But it ended up be amazing too. We were so relaxed. It was a great day. We want to stay here next time we visit North Conway. The entire vibe was so traditionally Scandinavian chic snd crips and so relaxing.

The afternoon felt deeply immersive and restorative, thoughtfully structured to encourage both relaxation and presence.
