Tom Smith knows his stuff. I highly recommend him for any plumbing issues you may have if you want it done right the first. Tom was very professional, he answered all my questions in a way that I could understand and he gets the job done.
Tom has been our plumber of choice for 7 years. He's helped us with so much -- from pipes leaking under the sink, faucet replacement, disposal install, broken valves, emergency hot water radiator leak, to back-flow preventer replacement for irrigation, baseboard heat repair and replacement...and more. Tom has climbed into some tight spaces in our house to give us peace of mind! If he's busy, he is excellent at prioritizing his jobs. Of course, I don't always want to wait, but I know if he tells me has has another emergency that has to be taken care of first, I know he means it. We trust his judgement and his expertise.
