She knows how much pressure to use and she uses her hands and arms in long slow movements that get knots out and soothe sore places. My wife and I just left feeling like we were on a cloud. We had a couples massage. It was the most amazing massage we've ever had. These 2 ladies are AMAZING at what they do. I actually contacted another provider first, but they were unable to accommodate a couple. We're on the last day of our vacation, and Serenity was glad to help us. It was a blessing in the end. I could not recommend Serenity more. If your looking for the best massage, do yourself a favor and call.

I was referred to Elena by a good friend. I needed relaxation but also help with a shoulder injury. I was lucky enough to get an appointment with her fairly quickly. My life changed the minute I met Elena and walked into her peaceful, welcoming space. My massage and time with Elena was amazing! I’ve had many different massages over the years but I’ve never put a regular massage into my schedule. Elena has a special touch, she is strong yet gentle. With her years of experience she knows the body well and where it needs healing. She is a healer and truly magical ?

Fantastic Zoom class in Pilates Mat: “ Release, Activate, Enhance - an immersion into the mind, body, and spirit” with instructor Emily ToleI love the uniqueness of this mat zoom class I took today. Whenever I have an aha moment with fine tuning a movement, it’s a very good day. I’ve done zoom pilates mat classes in the past, but this one intrigued me. The write up was unique and I thought I’d give it a try. I am so glad I did. Different from the mat classes I’ve taken in the past. This first one was a deep dive focusing on the spine. One very important body part that holds us all together. Each week there will be a different focus. Emily offered fantastic visuals and use of props to activate muscles that were taking a free ride while others worked too hard. This session flowed seamlessly from one nugget to the next and I came away with some new moves while learning how to isolate and activate those lazy muscles. Loved it and can’t wait to see what comes next. Also received a follow up email with a brief outline of the beginning sequence of moves to work into my daily life. A bonus for those like me that want to repeat them only to find you forgot the top takeaways 2 minutes after you finish. Well done zoom class with an instructor that has a keen eye and a varied background. Win Win!

Dr. Kenney was able to get me in when I was traveling from out of state. I could barely get out of bed that morning due to my back/sciatica. The pain was so severe that I could barely walk. After a short visit, he was able to adjust my back and I immediately was able to start walking normally again. He was very thorough and has a great sense of humor! Hands down the best chiropractor I've ever worked with!
We arrived as a group of 4 - the experience was so much more than I had a expected. The atmosphere was very relaxing, the areas very clean, the staff incredibly kind and patient. We did an add on experience of a neck rub and Amber was phenomenal! She was also very respectful and actually rebraided my cousin's hair. Adie came in to refill our water and always entered with care to maintain the relaxing experience. Both Amber and Adie were very professional, personable and kind. We will definitely be back!

Emma is absolutely amazing! I live in Moultonboro and she is so worth the drive to North Conway. Emma does a magnificent job and truly cares about her customers. She has a great sense of humor and is easy to talk to.

I had a number of large, dead trees removed from my property and I cannot say enough great things about Rotten Rock. Stalin and his crew were amazing - they were prompt, efficient and left my property looking better than when they got there. They were a true pleasure to work with and I would 100% call them again for any tree-related service I may have in the future.
Had a couples massage today with Catherine and Samia and it was wonderful! They knew what they were doing and listened to me when the pressure was a little much. Catherine was my therapist and she actually worked my glutes (appropriately through the blanket) which I hadn't really had a massage therapist do before. My back feels so much better! My husband had Samia and she did a great job on his neck and shoulders. Overall, one of the best couples massages we have had!
Got my glasses here. Ruth is great. She takes so much time to help you out. I didn’t feel rushed like I did at the last place I went. She really seems like she cares and wants you to be happy.

Just want to commend Stalin, Seth and Kevin on a wonderful job they did cutting down four trees near our house in South Chatham. All were great--they were professional and took great care in not damaging surrounding trees or any landscaping. They chipped branches, raked everything and cut up the wood I wanted into 4 foot lengths. Amazing watching how they did it and watching Stalin and Seth in the bucket. Stalin also gave me several pointers on tree management and since he is a certified arborist, I listened! I will have two more trees to cut down next year and you can bet I will be calling Rotten Rock Logging. I highly recommend them. -Howard Vinton

Recently, our pool maintenance company owner retired leaving our association with having to locate a new pool service company. Our pool was unexpectedly left with an unhooked up new skimmer that delayed our opening. Fortunately, our new affiliation with Atlantic Pool & Spa became a saving grace as owner Mike and his fabulous team immediately on a Sunday troubleshooted our pool issues and resolved in one day. Shout out to entire team who have consistently provided excellent care!
