“Unexpected underground electrical problems prompted us to make an emergency call to Puopolo Electric, and I’m glad we did. Anthony and his team responded quickly, made sure everything was safe and immediately got to work planning a fix and coordinating what turned into a large scale project with excavators and several other contractors. Everybody on his team-from the office manager to the electricians doing the wiring-was empathetic, efficient and extremely professional. One of his crew even (very professionally) advocated for us when a technician from the electric company was less than cooperative with the final step of reconnecting our home to their transformer. “Been a customer of Nick for over 10 years. He did all the plumbing for our two bathroom remodels. He also installed a new boiler and hot water heater. For any unexpected plumbing / heating issue, Nick and his team have been quick to respond. After the Merrimack Valley gas explosions happened in 2018, our water heater stopped venting when it was turned back on. Nick installed a new vent pipe in our chimney. I never knew plumbers even did that work, but he did it -- going up over 30ft on a ladder in the pouring rain.

“This company is amazing. I didn't know they were septic experts until they were recommended in a local Facebook group for a septic emergency I had in the dead of winter. Chris, the owner, showed up with a bunch of guys who quickly got to work hammering though the frozen ground to dig up my very full septic tank. They stayed at it until done.
