Had our septic pump fail over night and Chris had techs at our house within a few hours! They quickly diagnosed and informed us we needed a new pump that they needed to install the next day. They pumped down our tank so we at least could get through the night (with light usage) and came back the following morning. Wonderful techs, super friendly and kept us informed the whole process. Would highly recommend to anyone!

Chris, Camm and Russ were awesome. They knew what they were doing - Professional and polite. We called this morning and they were here this afternoon. They found the reason for the blockage, cleared it, flushed the system and cleaned the septic tank. What a relief to have our bathrooms back. I'd recommend them in a heart beat.

Thank you very much Chris, Cameron and Russ for the service at my home in Kingston, NH yesterday. I literally panicked when my basement septic pump up stopped working and began to overflow. Your service was quick and Cameron fixed it. He was very professional, polite, and explained everything. Before he left I asked if your company pumped septic tanks. The answer was yes !! AND you did it for me that afternoon !! Russ and Cameron first opened and checked both of my underground 1250 gallon septic tanks and determined that only one needed to be pumped out. Amazing service and honesty!! Glad your company is less than 10 minutes away !!
