.from Mr Will who greets and organizes all details of your visit from his front desk to Aurelia ...Dental Hygienist...who impressed me with her kindness (lots of patience with me) but took the time to explain ..in detail...what she was doing with my teeth ...what was important to think about doing in the future and between all of this ..organized a group of X-rays ...and gave me a Very Thorough Cleaning...(teeth feel perfect!)
Finished my appointment nicely with Dr T..very calm and very knowledgeable..coming in and expanding on conversation with Aurelia!
I have some sessions with them in front of me with things that I need to attend to....but I am Not Nervous in going...

This review is for Pella New England which I believe this store is affiliated with. We renovated our cottage to make a year round home and used pella windows throughout. Of 16 windows we put in one had a problem which was not evident until the crisp winter air was blowing through the edge and creating a chill inside. I contacted the warranty department and had a reply from Pella New England fairly quickly to schedule a visit for repair. The service tech was timely and efficient and very professional. He diagnosed the problem quickly and ordered the necessary parts for repair. He also secured the window so no air would come through until his return. We had the same tech return with the replacement parts and not only was he punctual almost to the minute, he was fast and thorough in performing the repair.
I would recommend Pella windows to anyone. They are great windows and they stand behind them with service very reliably.
I had a wonderful experience with Amber during my deluxe hydra facial. She was knowledgeable, professional and explained each step along the way. My skin feels and looks great!
Tanya Ouellette did our 2022 tax return for the first time. She met with us in person, gave us a fair quote to do the work and when tax time arrived we gave her all the required information. Shay is always so wonderful when I come in, I have been coming to her for about 6 months now and have noticed such a difference in the way my hair growth has slowed down and thinned out as we have been going through this process. She is always punctual, very respectful and FUN!
I looooove Dr. Ryan Khalsa. I've seen about 4 different chiropractors and I'm never going to a different one as long as he's around. Lucky enough for me he's younger then me so i don't plan on ever needing a different one seeing as i don't plan on leaving the area.Why do i love him? In 2015 i pinched a nerve in my lower back (again) on july 3rd picking up a lawn mower and could barely move. Back was locked up and feels like you have a knife in there. I was doing the zombie walk, in debilitating pain, fearing my holiday weekend was trashed. I started calling around trying to find a chiropractor to see me. On a holiday weekend good luck. Fear and depression was setting in. Called Dr. Ryan, he picked up amazingly, and he got me right in. He got my back unlocked and pain subsiding right away. He was young and ambitious building his new practice and I was fortunate he was available when everyone else was off duty.He's different then other chiropractors I've seen. He has a doctoral degree in chiropractic and physical therapy and he was the first medical professional that was able to give me good stretches and education so that i could keep my back and body strong and balanced so that feel I confident i can keep the back pain away.Anyone who uses medication to fix back pain caused from poor spinal alignment is doing everything wrong.Dr. Ryan isn't focused on scheduling you for a million appointments he just is honest, highly educational, and gets you back on track and leaves it up to you for how much you want to see him. (Super rare from my experiences).Instead of thinking i needed to see a chiropractor semi regularly for the rest of my life to stay pain free i can now manage to go years without needing to see him. When I do slip a disc the stretches he's taught me help get me moving again with reduced pain till i can get in to see him.This doctor is an angel and super hero making the world a better place everyday he wakes up. I'm telling you he's a rare, special medical professional and he's awesome. Stoked to have him in my corner.This guy is so good he shouldn't be only practicing chiropractic... He should be teaching it.
Great customer service, I always order mine and my husband's glasses from Dorina. She is very patient and wonderful to work with. She takes time to explain everything and is very knowledgeable. It's rare now a days to get such personalized and great customer service, especially at a large chain.
The gentleman who helped me was Great! He checked my prescription, and measurements several times to make sure that there would be no errors. Very polite, not rushed. Service was great. I would recommend this vision center.

These folks took incredible care of my cherished senior cat when he got sick and was ultimately diagnosed with cancer. Urgent care and specialist care...plus understanding and love...for years.
Today I took another cat to them. A feral rescue that has been with me for 5 yrs. This gal had a nasty eye infection. I was lucky to be able handle her enough to get her in to this hospital. And I can't say more about how awesome this team did. From front desk to doctor. They all did so much to accommodate my cat's special needs...the vet performed most of the exam and treatment on the floor, so as to make my cat most comfortable. I wish this vet could be our GP.
