I had to share how professional and attentive Lily Westney Stevens (Brand Ambassador/Project coordinator) was. Frankly, I'm not used to someone so competent and prompt. I needed a few parts replaced on an entry door and she took the ball and ran with it. Super helpful and she went way out of her way to accommodate me. Someone PLEASE give this girl a raise! I hope Pella New England realizes what a rare gem they have.
