I love JC Penney's; always have. The quality of the clothes is usually very high and for competitive prices. And they always have many sizes in every item. I rarely have trouble finding things in my size. Through the years I have watched them change. I have had the fortune of living all over the country and particularly enjoyed the shopping experiences in the California stores where the inventory is larger and the staff is more plentiful. This store at the Fox Run Mall is always understaffed. There is typically only a single cashier on duty and they take their time. I have waited so long at times that I abandon my purchases to a nearby table and leave the store empty...read full review
I have not shopped at a JC Penney in decades. Today I decided to give them a try. The store was neat and clean. I found everything that I was looking for (a set of dishes, a set of sheets and a belt). The cashier, Preston, was very helpful. Thanks for a great shopping experience!
