I have never met a more caring group of individuals anywhere, not just at other veterinary offices. When my dog became suddenly ill a few months ago he was misdiagnosed at two other places and we almost lost him multiple times. I made the choice to try VECC and started seeing Dr. Rollings. Every single person at this facility is caring, patient, and incredible at what they do from the front desk person to the internist vet. It’s hard to find motivation to leave a 5 star review when you find out your pet isn’t going to make it, but that isn’t their fault. Cosmo received great care from this facility. He was diagnosed with liver failure and cancer which is still a shock to me. They called me multiple times a day to update me and were very sensitive towards me. I’ll always hold him in my heart ❤️. Thank you VECC for doing the best you can

She had to be hospitalized there so they called me every 12 hours with updates on how she was doing. After receiving several calls that she wasn't doing well, day three came around and they said she was doing much better and I could take her home the following day if it continued. So on day four I picked her up and they gave us all the medication she...read full review
