“When my cellar flooded for the first time in the 45+ years I have owned my house I made calls to several local plumbers but they were all booked solid. I called Rooter-Man without knowing much about the company and made an appointment for a service call the next day. Randy was able to arrive early due to a cancellation, assessed the situation, and determined that he needed some additional equipment due to the nearly 200' drain pipe that needed to be cleared. He quoted me a price that was much less than I had anticipated and then called his office to have the equipment sent up. A couple of hours later he and a helper went to work clearing the pipe and after a considerable amount of mud and debris came out the cellar started to drain and was soon water-free. I hope I never have water in my cellar again but if I do, these are the guys that I will call first.“
