They were all great to work with while closing on my Aunts account for the past 6 months. When it came time to close we took a Pic they gave me the total to go on the paperwork. Thank you so much to all that helped me!
3 weeks later and I still do not have heat or hot water 👎👎👎👎 They will also run a admittedly unnecessary credit check so they can collect and sell your personal data. They are super quik to take your social security information but will not actually provide you timely service.
I have called to setup a new account on 9/11 and been calling since with no updates. I am out of propane for stove and hot water. Every single time I call I am being told no updates they will submit a ticket and that's all. I have small children in the house with no hot water access or cooking access No callbacks or acknowledgment.
