3 weeks later and I still do not have heat or hot water 👎👎👎👎 They will also run a admittedly unnecessary credit check so they can collect and sell your personal data. They are super quik to take your social security information but will not actually provide you timely service.

I have called to setup a new account on 9/11 and been calling since with no updates. I am out of propane for stove and hot water. Every single time I call I am being told no updates they will submit a ticket and that's all. I have small children in the house with no hot water access or cooking access No callbacks or acknowledgment.

This is the worst propane company in the area that I have ever had to deal with. Was without propane for weeks and they did nothing but make it almost impossible to get a delivery. Then they tell me within a week they will be here. No day. No time but I have to make sure someone’s here. Now my hot water heater has been broken for over a week and again nothing but a run around and still no update. Would never recommend them!! I’m going to be looking into getting a new supplier this week. Not to mention I just paid them almost $1000.00. Smh
