Yesterday I called and had to wait 47 minutes on hold to ask a question that they were able to answer in less than 20 seconds.Today I called and they don't answer their phones on Saturday. I need a summary report of usage, and I am not allowed to get this under their old name/website (Rymes) or their new name/website (Superior Plus). I was also not allowed to leave a voice mail. There was an option to, but then an error says their voice mail is not accepting new messages.This company (whatever name they have today) does not want to be contacted.

We have an oil / wood hybrid furnace, that had a series of igniter and controller problems over the past few months, and we lost heat for a few days, multiple times. As a hybrid fuel system, it was also difficult to find anyone to service the unit. We had at least a dozen ‘NOs’ from the manufacturer’s and google-suggested service providers. Today I woke up to terrible diesel type fumes coming from the basement and a massive headache. I called the Rymes emergency line, and was told that someone would be at the house as soon as available. No hassle, or a thousand questions, which was appreciated. Charlie arrived very soon after and knew before he even got to the burner what the problem was just by the smell. The system was completely clogged due to a vent door coming off the wall. He was right and promptly called in to say he would be tied up for a while which was a great understatement.
