“I recently needed service on my home oil burner/boiler. Every winter it starts making a thudding noise when it kicks on. I had asked other area vendors/service providers to address the issue. While they could improve it, they never really made it go away completely. This time, I called Bob and he was a very pleasant individual to talk with. It was so refreshing to speak with the actual business owner, not an answering service. Bob got me on his schedule and sent his technician Brian to check out the issue. He checked several things that could cause the problem that did not make any difference. Then he looked at the actual flame burning and noticed something wrong requiring a different nozzle (hollow vs solid). Presto chango. The problem is totally fixed. I will continue to call them for all my boiler servicing needs. Thanks Bob and Brian!”
