I cannot begin to properly explain how great my recent experience with Pinney was! Even as a new customer, they were able to respond to my urgent situation within a few hours, and quickly resolved not only the issue at hand but also a few others that were discovered. Their pricing was more than reasonable, especially given the situation.Communication was as transparent as it was pleasant, and both of the people I spoke with in the office as well as the plumber who came to my home were great about explaining the purpose of information requested, reccomended repairs, and so on. I called Pinney Plumbing yesterday and spoke with the receptionist to see if I could schedule a service call to replace a vacuum breaker and boiler drain on my super store water heater. We set a tentative time for today and Ethan called at 9:30 last night to confirm. Today Brandon and his partner showed up on time and got the job done! I cant even tell they were here except when I see the new parts. Every thing was cleaned up very nicely!I hope to use your services at Monadnock regional school district in the future if needed.
